Every time I visit Anton I can now sit on the bench we had put in. The tree is growing and changes leaf colour with the season. It is such a quiet place to rest and to look at the flowers in front of Anton’s cross. Soemtimes we find flowers that we have not planted or placed there: somebody who still loves Anton must have been there and we thank you for leaving a sign of your remembrance. 
 
Many of you left lovely messages on cards and pieces of paper. Reading them was greatly comforting to us If, when visiting the grave, you would like to leave a message - you are welcome to leave it in the jar, that way it won't be blown away. If you drop me an email / text / call me I shall be happy to post you a wristband and a photo of Anton. The wristband reads "Remember Anton - only a thought away" and it's of pleasant, powder blue colour, looking quite unobtrusive.

 

The bench is a two seater and was made in Indonesia out of (renewable) teak. We decided to dedicate it to all Anton's friends and the dedication reads: "Anton Tupper 1989-2007  Loved and missed every day. Stop, friend, and speak your thoughts - I am still listening. Dedicated to Anton's friends". It is quiet place of rest to sit with Anton and remember all of the fun times that we had with him.
